Culture and Values Role We are looking for a FM Solution Onboarding Engineer to innovate, win and grow with us on our SaaS Platform!
FM Solution Onboarding Engineer, you will join the Solutions Onboarding team as part of the FM Solutions Readiness & Customer Operations and will notably oversee the onboarding of new customers onto our platform. The main focus will be on the strategic Saas-Platform migration and enforce the capacity of the team to accelerate and succeed with this major migration. Priority and focus of the FM Solution Onboarding Engineer are related to customer migration and onboarding activities for an efficient, smooth (quality) and fast customer onboarding process in order to meet both FM Operations and customers objectives.
How you’ll contribute
· Solution onboarding
o Work hand in hand with the project managers and act as the main technical point of contact for the implementation of customer projects on all customer related environments – sandbox, staging and production
o Set realistic deadlines and ensure all customer requirements are met within that period
o Coordinate/delegate and manage internal tasks with the associated internal departments (infrastructure, network, CAB, etc.)
o Document and maintain the customers implementations for further references and updates.
o Participate in the full automation of all implementations across all production related environments; be part of the stakeholders to shape the future implementation tools.
o Assist the customer during UAT test phase, assist other teams in troubleshooting an issue in staging and during hyper-care period in Production
· Configuration control
o Implement configuration control checks to ensure projects adhere to guidelines and consistency between production related environments is maintained.
o Automate control check for faster feedback loop to project managers,
o Controls configuration after solution upgrades to ensure non-regression.
· Team collaboration
o Collaborate with the rest of the Solution Readiness team during the design to ensure ease of onboarding,
o Provide continuous feedback to the Solution Readiness team on possible improvements.
Preferred Requirements:
· Formal training in Computer Science or IT
· Experience working with API technologies
· Comfortable with writing documentation
· A strong desire to work in a technical environment
· Ability to work with teams in different geographical regions
· Comfortable working with new ideas and refining them into business deliverables.
Extra awesome
· Payment industry knowledge
· SWIFT operations knowledge
· Understanding of a SaaS operating environment
· Knowledge of Agile methodology
· Change Management and ITIL is a plus
· AI, Python and/or shell scripts for automation
