  • Lead integration projects and innovation efforts, including feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts; evaluate and recommend integration patterns and middleware (e.g., messaging, API-led integration, event streaming) and conduct blueprint/design reviews and risk assessments.
  • Oversee delivery and quality across the integration lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment); ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices, and troubleshoot complex integration issues to maintain stability and performance.
  • Coordinate with peer solution and domain architects on cross-functional integration points and dependencies to ensure cohesive end-to-end solution design across projects and platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration development teams (including offshore partners), set technical direction, review work for quality, and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in integration practices.
