The Customer Welcome Centers (“CWCs”) are the epicenter of HP's Executive Engagement Strategy. We are looking for a passionate leader to join our Customer Experience Program in Austin CWC. The role, based onsite in Austin, offers a unique opportunity to join the Customer Experience team and have full exposure to exciting technologies and innovative businesses at HP Inc.

This is a highly visible role, representing one of the world’s leading IT Companies to its most valuable customers and partners through a robust and diverse executive briefing program. The successful candidate will be an energetic and confident self-starter who is detail oriented, with excellent communication, presentation, and people skills. This role will work closely with sales, product/solution teams, marketing, and executive teams across the company, including the C-suite, to provide exemplary support and organization around critical senior-level sales meetings. Between customer events, this role will also monitor the CWC’s KPIs, execute traffic programs, and contribute to complex projects.

An ideal candidate will hold mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter related to HP’s Hybrid Systems technical portfolio, including, Personal Systems, Print, and Solutions and Services, or has demonstrated ability to master similar topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and facilitate executive briefings, general sessions, and presentations from initial request to post-event follow-up.

  • Design and customize the customer experience journey for Austin CWC and content based on account-specific needs to identify and deploy best solutions

  • Lead discovery and agenda planning, acting as the technical advisor for visit/briefing agendas with Sales, ensuring every step aligns with customer priorities and our solution capabilities.

  • Prepare with purpose: lead pre brief calls to gather customer insights / pain points.

  • Translate needs into solutions: Translate ITDMs requirements into tailored technical solutions and demo paths that make value tangible.

  • Lead technical tours: Host product deep dives and lead immersive technical demonstrations during customer visits at the Austin CWC.

  • Supports deployment and execution of customized customer experience for assigned segment/product/solutions.

  • Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant information, Subject Matter Experts attendance and materials for briefings.

  • Develop and maintain briefing schedules, ensuring all parties are informed of updates and changes.

  • Liaise with executives, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure briefing objectives are met.

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of briefing materials, such as presentations, agendas, and reports.

  • Learn and maintain a current knowledge of HP products, strategy, and storytelling as well as stay updated on industry trends and current events to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and informative.

  • Capture customer feedback through approved channels; leverages learnings to improve CWC experience and provide insight to stakeholders throughout HP.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of briefings and implement improvements as necessary.

  • Coordinates initiatives that support Customer Experiences Program

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in technical role, project management, product management, program management, or a related field or an advanced degree

Qualifications

  • Superb organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient level of English. Additional languages would be a plus.

  • Experience in Video Conferencing Solutions.

  • Consultative Approach: Ability to uncover technical pain points and align solutions to business outcomes.

  • Content Development & Presentation: Skilled in creating and delivering engaging technical content.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deliver technical experiences that drive success.

Preferred Skills

  • Presentation and storytelling skills: able to select from large amounts of content and articulate it in a sensitive and targeted way.

  • Familiarized with consultative selling.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
