Job Summary
The Inside Sales Backend Engineer will serve as a critical support function for the U.S.-based Inside Sales Engineering organization. This role focuses on administrative and documentation-related engineering tasks that ensure accuracy and speed in the pre-sales to post-sales process. The Backend Engineer will partner closely with Inside Sales Engineers and Inside Sales representatives, Project Managers, and Analysts to prepare, validate, and maintain all technical documentation required for order readiness, service qualification, and provisioning. Assist with development of processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies.Job Description
