Solution Delivery Lead Analyst – Supply Chain
The Solution Delivery Lead Analyst – Supply Chain is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and delivery of technology solutions that support critical supply chain business processes. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to ensure solutions are welldefined, aligned to business priorities, and successfully delivered.
The Lead Analyst operates with a high degree of independence across assigned initiatives, owning requirements, solution design inputs, testing coordination, and delivery execution. This role serves as a senior individual contributor and may mentor other analysts but does not set enterprisewide standards or architectural direction.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field, and/or an equivalent technical degree with four years’ experience.
5+ years ERP experience (Full cycle implementation a plus)
Work experience in a manufacturing or distribution industry. Preferably alignment to the supply chain and demand planning teams
Results oriented collaborative team player with a keen ability to demystify and streamline processes
Experience in manufacturing industry is preferable
Experience in program governance and both waterfall and agile methodologies and demonstrated ability manage large, complex projects
Strong business partner who is able to quickly learn business processes and provide strategic insight and guidance.
Demonstrated ability to build multi-year roadmaps aligned to business priorities

Core Responsibilities
Solution Delivery & Execution
Lead endtoend solution delivery for small to large initiatives across supply chain systems, from intake through deployment and stabilization.
Own requirements elicitation, functional design documentation, and coordination through build, test, and release phases.
Partner with Supply Chain Business Partners, and Product and Platform Owners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and solutions are delivered as intended.
Support solution configuration, testing, and validation activities as part of the delivery lifecycle.
Business Partnership
Act as a trusted IT partner to supply chain business stakeholders by translating business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.
Facilitate discussions to clarify scope, urgency, and alignment to business priorities.
Collaborate with business owners to support business case development and value articulation for incoming requests.
Communicate solution status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
Requirements & Analysis
Elicit and document requirements using interviews, workshops, process reviews, use cases, and workflow analysis.
Analyze and reconcile inputs from multiple stakeholders, distinguishing stated requests from underlying business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with established architecture standards.
Maintain traceability of requirements, decisions, and impacts throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Testing & Deployment
Lead functional testing activities, including test case development, execution coordination, and defect triage.
Partners with business users to validate solutions meet functional expectations and operational needs.
Support cutover planning and postdeployment stabilization efforts.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, data quality, and system usage within supported domains.
Contribute to documentation of standards, procedures, and best practices within Solution Delivery.
Stay current on supply chain technology trends and platform capabilities relevant to supported systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or IT solution delivery.
Handson experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, CRM, BI, and related business applications.
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
Ability to apply emotional intelligence to navigate and communicate effectively in crucial or highimpact conversations.
Proven experience leading requirements and delivery efforts across waterfall and agile methodologies.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Preferred
Experience supporting supply chain or manufacturing environments.
Exposure to Oracle, Power BI, Azure/Microsoft cloud technologies, or similar enterprise platforms.
Experience mentoring junior analysts or supporting team development.
