Workday is looking for outstanding Pre-Sales Solution Consultants in EMEA for our Talent Acquisition suite in the large enterprise segment. This is your chance to demonstrate the product, and extend the value of next generation Talent Acquisition solutions for new customers.
Talent Acquisition Solution Consultants leverage their in-depth product knowledge of Workday’s Talent Acquisition solution offerings and industry knowledge to provide deep functional expertise throughout the sales process. Working as part of the Solution Consulting team, individual Solution Consultants partner with Account Executives to engage in discovery around an organisation's current environment and deliver relevant, impactful presentations and product demonstrations that illustrate how Workday’s Enterprise applications can address requirements, solve business concerns, and create value.
Tasks/Description:
The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.
Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
Assist sales in the response to RFIs/RFPs.
Building trusted-advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation process
Continuously upgrading your skillsets and knowledge through the learning opportunities provided by Workday
About You
2+ years experience in a Solution Consulting role
2+ years experience in HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

You are a dynamic and credible expert ready to sell the future of work today.
You are an exceptional, dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing, skills, capable of capturing the attention of a C-level Human Resources leadership audience.
Extensive experience in the HR/recruitment technology space, with in-depth knowledge of HCM, ATS, and Candidate Relationship Management platforms and their application in optimising talent acquisition processes.
You are a subject matter expert when it comes to the recruitment lifecycle, particularly the challenges and opportunities in high-volume and frontline hiring.
You have a profound passion for conversational AI, machine learning, and automation and believe that agentic AI is the key to transforming the candidate experience.
You’re passionate about Workday and excited to represent this new, industry-leading AI capability to the market.
