Join Maxis as an AI/ML Innovation Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience developing intelligent solutions to enhance internal productivity within the IT Solution Architecture team. This role offers exposure to building AI-powered tools, designing structured workflows, and driving continuous improvement through data and feedback, while working in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Agent Development
Design and develop an AI-powered agent to enhance internal productivity and streamline workflows within the IT Solution Architecture team.
Apply AI/ML concepts to build practical, impactful solutions for real business challenges.

2. Documentation & Process Tracking
Document the full development lifecycle, including design decisions, technical approaches, challenges encountered, and final outcomes.
Ensure knowledge sharing and transparency for future improvements and scalability.

3. Assessment Flow Design
Design and implement a structured assessment flow for internal teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with operational needs.

4. Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Measure effectiveness of implemented solutions by gathering user feedback and performance data.
Continuously refine and enhance the AI agent and workflows based on insights and evolving requirements.

5. Innovation & Problem Solving
Work on an innovative project that integrates AI/ML to improve productivity, contributing creative ideas and technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Value-Added Project

The intern will work on a high-impact innovation project focused on applying AI/ML to improve the productivity of the IT Solution Architecture team. This includes developing intelligent tools, optimizing workflows, and gaining practical experience in solving real-world business challenges through technology.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

  • Can-do attitude with a proactive mindset
  • Basic programming skills
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts
  • Experience in chatbot or AI solution development is an advantage
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities
