The Solution Architect - PIM will design, implement, and oversee the technical architecture of Viamedici EPIM. This pivotal role requires deep technical acumen and strong problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into a technical setup. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience driving end-to-end PIM implementations and understanding the balance between out-of-the-box functions and custom developments.

  • Design and architect scalable, end-to-end technical solutions for the Viamedici PIM platform to meet business and performance requirements.

  • Lead PIM end-to-end implementations with customer, partner, and internal teams, focusing on data models, workflows, and configurations.

  • Develop or adjust custom functions, features, and integrations, and manage data migration to fulfill specific business requirements.

  • Collaborate with customers, engineering, and project managers to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and architectural designs.

  • Mentor and direct project teams, providing necessary competency to understand and manage the PIM platform, including highly customized setups.

  • Conduct architectural reviews and code inspections to ensure technical governance and compliance with development guidelines.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant area

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.

  • 2+ years experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of PIM modules.

  • Deep understanding and track record of PIM/DAM/MDM best practices, data modeling, and workflow design (including setup and variants creation).

  • Extensive knowledge of PIM tool functions, including out-of-the-box features and monitoring/reporting functions.

  • Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, RESTful APIs, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).

  • Strong understanding of security best practices within PIM and web applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Viamedici is a plus

  • PIM certification is considered an added advantage.
