Solution Architect - Partner Compensation

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and integration strategy for the Partner Compensation domain within the E2Open engagement. You will ensure seamless connectivity between HP systems and E2Open, driving modernization, compliance, and scalability to enhance partner experience solutions. The Solution Architect will also coordinate and facilitate meetings across IT, Service Provider, and Functional teams, track action items, and oversee project phases—particularly the testing phase—to ensure smooth execution. This position requires deep expertise in the partner compensation domain, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration. A solid understanding of channel business processes, including partner sales and inventory reporting, compensation models, and financial claims, is essential.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 13+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.
