We are seeking a qualified and experienced Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE.
Customize and configure D365 CE to align with client business objectives.
Engage in business and technical conversations and workshops with customers in fluent German and English.
Seamlessly transition between diverse tasks and stakeholders, adapting to changing priorities.
Design and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 Field Service components.
Manage on-premises D365 CRM environments, including SQL, IIS, ADFS, and SharePoint.
Migrate systems from on-premises to cloud.
Develop and maintain solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Automate.
Proactively engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision-makers.
Deliver technical training and resolve complex issues with strong analytical skills.
Stay updated on modern engineering practices and tools.
Serve in customer-facing roles and cultivate strong, professional relationships.
Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting/support, or systems administration.
Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center.
Advanced knowledge in Dynamics 365 Field Service and connected components.
Experience with integrating data using Dataverse and other sources.
Strong proficiency in developing and optimizing D365 CE apps and Power Platform.
Fluent in German and English (oral and written communication).
Strong organizational, technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
Desirable Requirements:
Knowledge of additional D365 CE apps.
Architect and Functional Consultant level Microsoft certifications.
