About the role

This is a pivotal role within our architecture community, focused on designing and delivering cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that transform how we leverage data across the organization. You’ll join a collaborative team of architects, engineers, and data scientists who are passionate about innovation and aligned with strategic business objectives. Together, we drive the adoption of best practices, mentor peers, and ensure our AI architecture is robust, scalable, and future ready.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and optimization.

  • Architecting robust data pipelines and governance strategies using medallion data architecture principles.

  • Leveraging agentic AI frameworks to design autonomous and multi-agent systems for complex problem-solving.

  • Applying deep NLP and LLM expertise to deliver advanced AI capabilities across business applications.

  • Acting as the subject matter expert for Azure AI and Databricks ecosystems, ensuring optimal integration and performance.

  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.

  • Defining and enforcing architectural standards, governance policies, and best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions within Microsoft Azure and Databricks ecosystems.

  • Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, and integration of emerging AI models.

  • Practical experience with prompt engineering and APIs from major LLM providers (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service).

  • Ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
