SOI Design Engineer

Job Description:

• MSEE and over 7 years experience required, Ph.D. preferred
• RF IC Design Experience using RF CMOS and SOI process
• Deep understanding of associated analog and RF circuits
• Deep understanding of RF device modeling, device physics and cellular wireless communication system
• Experience with EM simulation such as HFSS, Clarity and EMX
• Experience with AMS (Analog and Mixed Signal) Verification
• Layout experience using Cadence flow, including LVS, DRC and xRC.
