【Job Responsibilities】
Customize new product software development to meet customer requirements
Translate customers’ abstract requests into concrete system requirements and define software specificationsSpecialized “upstream” engineering role focused on requirements definition for embedded software (centered on technical requirements definition and understanding of embedded software and hardware)
Drive software development projects in collaboration with overseas development teams
Define software requirements and specifications for semiconductor manufacturing equipment or similar inspection devices
Be based in Sendai Office/Miyagi and oversee application engineers of a key existing customer (a semiconductor manufacturing equipment maker) headquartered in Sendai

【仕事内容】
・客先の要求に合わせた新商品のソフトウェア開発カスタマイズ
・顧客の抽象的な要求を具体的なシステム要件に落とし込み、ソフトウェア仕様を策定
※組込みソフトウェアの要求定義に特化した「上流の技術職」（技術要求定義・組込みソフトウェア・ハードウェア理解が中心）
・海外開発チームとの連携によるソフトウェア開発プロジェクト推進
・半導体製造装置または類似する検査機器におけるソフトウェア要件定義・仕様策定
・仙台オフォス/宮城に勤務し仙台に拠点がある現重要顧客(半導体製造装置メーカー)の技術者（アプリケーションエンジニア）を統括する。
【応募要件】
（必須）
・ソフトウェア開発経験 3 年以上、かつ開発プロジェクトをチームと共にリードした経験 3 年以上（半導体、精密、電機・電子 等業界歓迎（顧客折衝・要件定義・仕様策定の実務経験）
・ソフトウェア開発要求仕様の管理・分析・仕様作成の経験
└具体的にはシステム要求に対するソフトウェアの実装になります。
例：電源の制御仕様や出力精度に関する要求など
・海外開発チーム（英語使用）と連携してソフトウェア開発プロジェクトを推進した経験
・日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル（技術英語でのコミュニケーション）
