Your Role
Maintain contracts with sub-suppliers
Define scope, negotiate KPIs and establish necessary criteria for supplier performance
Create and manage time-plans for supplier deliverables
Collect and agree on costs with project board members and organization directors
Follow ASPICE processes, particularly ACQ.4 (Supplier monitoring)
Bridge communication between technical teams and suppliers
Holds regular status meetings and documents / communicates the results
Reports and supports risk management
The supplier delivery has the expected quality
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Experience in communication with suppliers or procurement in software development context
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience with cost management and budgeting
Nice to Have
Experience in automotive industry or with automotive suppliers
Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262 or other automotive quality standards
Technical background in software engineering
Experience with international suppliers and cross-cultural communication
Background in legal aspects of supplier contracts
Knowledge of Linux/Android/QNX environments
Experience with risk management in supplier relationships
Certification in procurement or supply chain management
