Description -
This role is responsible for defining, executing, and championing the product vision and roadmap for PC software offerings. This dynamic individual blends deep technological expertise, market insight, and a proven ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions. The role will influence cross-functional teams, drive strategic alignment, and ensure the delivery of world-class software experiences that support the company’s business objectives and delight users globally.
Responsibilities
• Leads cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitors competitive market to determine client needs for certain product improvements.
• Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder's needs.
• Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
• Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.
• Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
Experience launching global software products across multiple markets and languages.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and understand software architecture.
Advanced knowledge of data analytics, customer insights, and product usage metrics.
Experience in driving partnerships and collaborations with third-party vendors or technology partners.
Background in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or integration with hardware platforms is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
