Software Initiative Coordinator

biBerk is an organization that thrives on innovation and collaboration, and we need a driven individual to assist our technology leadership team in facilitating Agile software development practices, day-to-day project administration, and coordinating other IT activities to ensure our development teams operate at peak efficiency. We are adding a Program Coordinator to help us manage team operations, sprint delivery, and communications within our team and with our user community.

The Program Coordinator will work with our technology teams and stakeholders. They will work daily with technology leadership, business system analysts, developers, and quality assurance personnel. The ideal candidate will excel in Agile methodologies, communications, and project coordination.

This is a fully remote role, but offers you the choice of working in one of our offices in Pittston (PA), San Antonio (TX), or Omaha (NE), if you prefer a hybrid or in-office environment. Job Responsibilities

  • Handle program-level administrative tasks such as team communications, team scheduling, issue escalations, and status reporting.
  • Manage change requests and escalate critical issues to leadership.
  • Draft and edit communications, documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings, conferences, and strategy sessions.
  • Conduct research and support data-oriented tasks (e.g., reporting, cleanup) using Excel and other tools.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT coordination or multi-team project coordination.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps (Boards and Work Items) and Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bonus points for skills in data reporting and analysis.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided.  The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000 per year.  Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
