• Lead end-to-end AWS cloud architecture including compute, storage, networking, security, and observability.
• Deep understanding of EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and KMS.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and automated testing.
• Establish cloud governance standards for security, cost optimization, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide system-level leadership for ML engineering and production ML workflows.
• Guide teams on feature engineering, model deployment, inference patterns, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize ML and GenAI solutions.
• Guide backend, data, ML, and UI integration for end-to-end platforms.
• Review frontend architectures using React or similar frameworks.
• Ensure UI solutions are scalable, accessible, and API-driven.
• Mentor engineers and managers while remaining hands-on in technical decision making.
• Drive engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• 13–16 years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager role.
• Strong expertise in Java, Python, Go, etc...
• Deep AWS and DevOps experience.
• Practical understanding of ML engineering and production AI systems.
• Exposure to frontend/UI technologies such as React.
