Software Engineering Senior Advisors- Hybrid

The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc.

Responsibilities-

• Lead application and services Quality Assurance, development, and design while interfacing with and steering our vendor partner consultants;

• Deliver reliable and secure software solutions meeting operational specifications required through the development of system logic;

• Review and validate developed code from other team members through code reviews;

• Monitor all applications by triaging, debugging, providing surveillance, and measuring performance and scalability for development and non-development environments;

• Participate in software delivery;

• Write unit tests;

• Partner with Testers to understand automated testing patterns such as unit testing, mocking and automated integration testing; and

• Interface with and steer vendor partner consultants to ensure delivery of appropriate IT solutions.

Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;

• 5 years of experience in a related occupation;

• Experience working in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry;

• Experience performing End to End Testing of software products from requirement gathering to System Study, Suitability Analysis, Traceability Matrix, Test Planning, Test Scenarios, Test Execution, Test Results Analysis, and Metrics generations;

• Experience working on different components in Cyara such as CX Model, Velocity Campaigns to automative IVR applications;

• Experience developing, executing, and fine-tuning automated scripts for IVR through Cyara and Empirix Hammer Call Tools;

• Experience implementing routing strategies through Cyara and Hammer Call Master tools;

• Experience preparing regression Cyara scripts for each release for the new features;

• Experience using: kore.ai, Cyara Automation, Empirix Hammer Call Master, Automation Testing, GIT Hub, OpenShift, JavaScript, and SOAPUI;

• Experience using Automation Testing, IVR Inbound & Outbound Testing;

• Experience using: Genesys Administrator, Genesys Administrative Extension, Genesys Rules Authoring Tool, and Genesys Configuration Manager;

• Experience preparing training datasets for conversational AI models, focusing on diverse user intents, utterances, and dialogue flows relevant to IVR applications in Kore.ai; and

• Experience conducting requirement analysis, system study, test planning, and execution, with a strong focus on performance optimization and metrics-driven quality assurance.
