We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer with expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our dynamic team. As an Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our HR and recruiting processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Workday systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM solutions along with security and Tenant management.
  • Collaborate with product, designers, product managers, and business systems analysts.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of Workday systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.


Required experience:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Proven experience as an Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Workday HCM, Security, Tenant Management
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, and integration.
  • Experience with Workday Integration Studio, EIB, and Workday Report Writer.
  • Experience working with Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calc Fields, Integrations framework, Studio, BIRT
  • 6+ years of implementation experience in Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Workday certification(s) in HCM is a must.


Desired experience and qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning, Workday Recruiting
  • Experience with Workday Extend and Workday orchestration
  • Master’s degree - ideally in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS
  • Experience working in and around the software-as-a-service and platform-as-a-service architectures and/or industry
