A seasoned engineering leader who:
You’ll join a high-performing team focused on building distributed, large-scale, and data-intensive integrations that extend Zendesk’s market-leading SaaS platform. We partner with top-tier cloud and SaaS providers like Slack, Atlassian, and AWS to deliver innovative, cutting-edge solutions to our customers. Our systems handle over 10 million events per day, pushing the limits of performance and scalability.
Lead a team of engineers who are building products that are critical for an "Integrations Platform" vision.
Instil and foster an organizational culture inclusion, trust, and high performance.
Work closely with leaders in Engineering, Product and Program Management to align on strategy and lead efforts that deliver reliable products.
Work with the existing management to continually improve delivery, grow the team responsibly, and ensure team happiness.
Communicate progress and key decisions broadly within the organization.
You are currently or have been in an Engineering Manager role or equivalent with experience managing one or more teams of engineers.
Success in building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams This could be from hiring the right talent to mentoring & growing it internally.
Calm under pressure with strong organizational and decision-making skills
Experience with large-scale cloud architecture preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience leading and working with a globally distributed engineering team.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
