We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager who thrives on shaping technical direction, mentoring engineers, and building innovative, scalable systems that unlock new opportunities. You’ll set the standard for engineering excellence at Pattern: leading/contributing to architecture, guiding teams through ambiguity, and ensuring our AI-driven SaaS products scale reliably. This role combines hands-on building with strategic leadership, giving you broad impact across products, teams, and markets.
