Responsibilities

Designed, developed, and maintained robust test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and API testing on Java-based platforms.
• Authored and executed automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver integrated with TestNG for UI validation.
• Built comprehensive API automation using Rest Assured and Java, incorporating assertions and reusable components.
• Integrated Cucumber and Gherkin syntax for BDD test scenarios, enhancing collaboration between QA and business stakeholders.
• Implemented CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, enabling automated test execution post-deployment.
• Conducted performance and unit testing using JUnit and TestNG; optimized existing automation for scalability.
• Collaborated with developers and DevOps teams to integrate automation suites into CI/CD workflows.
• Ensured quality gates were met with no defect slippage in high-stakes enterprise applications.
• Acted as QA lead in agile teams; participated in daily stand-ups and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Experience on an Agile team using Scrum or Kanban
• Proficiency in end-to-end automation suites and led test execution for web and API-based platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of React and Node is plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. 
• Strong experience with Java and React in full stack developer role.
• Robust understanding of single page application architecture.
• Robust understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Required Experience & Education: 

• 6 – 8 years of experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams with a passion for the developing the talent within the team. 
• Experience with onshore/offshore model. 
• Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions. 
• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. 

Desired Experience:  

• Exposure to Test Automation 
• Healthcare experience.
• Coaching of team members

Location & Hours of Work:

Hyderabad and Hybrid (11:30 AM IST to 8:30 PM IST)
