Role Summary
We are hiring an App Development Engineer to optimize and automate processes while monitoring system health to ensure stable, efficient application operations reliable
Responsibilities：
Responsible for optimizing and automating existing processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Monitor system health and application performance using standard monitoring tools, identify potential issues, and assist in troubleshooting.
Requires a responsible attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies and operational best practices.
Preferred：
Familiar with Java programming language and basic object-oriented principles;
has a basic understanding of the Spring framework and its core concepts;
possesses foundational knowledge of databases, including basic data modeling and SQL usage;
has exposure to application monitoring concepts and tools such as Grafana and Splunk;
has basic awareness of AI-related concepts and is interested in exploring AI tools or technologies to improve development and operational efficiency;
works diligently with a strong sense of responsibility, demonstrates a positive attitude, and shows strong willingness to learn and continuously grow.
