Job Title: Automation QA Engineer
Role Summary
We are hiring an Automation QA Engineer to design and deliver automated testing solutions to improve regression efficiency and product quality. You will work closely with developers, business partners, and global teams to drive API/UI automation, data validation, and testing engineering practices.
Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and design test strategies, test plans, and test cases; identify quality risks and validation points.
Develop, maintain, and execute API/UI automated tests to improve coverage and stability.
Contribute to building and improving automation frameworks (reusability, maintainability, diagnostics, reporting).
Perform database validations and data-quality checks using SQL (queries, comparisons, assertions).
Collaborate with developers on defect triage, reproduction, root-cause investigation, and regression verification.
Drive testing engineering practices, including CI/CD integration, automated triggers, reports, and quality gates where applicable.
Communicate effectively in English for daily collaboration.
Preferred:
Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines as code.
Familiar with Agile development and delivery practices.
Prior experience building an open-source-based automation framework or driving automation platformization in enterprise settings.
