EverNorth Health Services is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong AI expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow projects across multiple modules, including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, Integrations, and CMDB. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who excels in hands-on development while confidently driving AI initiatives within the ServiceNow AI Center of Excellence (COE), managing stakeholder expectations and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
< >Lead AI-driven ServiceNow initiatives within the AI COE, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI strategy.Design, develop, and implement AI-powered workflows and solutions using ServiceNow AI products.Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate AI use cases into technical implementations.Integrate AI Control Tower for centralized governance and orchestration of AI workflows.Deploy and manage AI Agent Fabric to enable intelligent automation across ServiceNow modules.Implement Now Assist for ITSM, ITOM, and CSM to enhance user experience with generative AI and virtual agents.Utilize Predictive Intelligence for automated classification, assignment, and routing.Optimize AI Search and knowledge retrieval for improved self-service capabilities.Develop dashboards and reports leveraging Performance Analytics with AI insights.Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards for AI implementations.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on AI best practices.
Qualifications
Stay current with ServiceNow AI roadmap and recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.Education:
< >SME in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator - MandatoryServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (preferred)ITIL4 Certified
Experience:
< >11-13 years relevant work experienceProven leadership in AI COE initiatives, including governance and roadmap execution.Experience managing stakeholder expectations for AI-driven projects.Ability to promote AI capabilities within ServiceNow and drive adoption across business units.Strong understanding of AI ethics, compliance, and data governance in enterprise environments.Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and generative AI integration in ServiceNow workflows.
Skills:
< >SME in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals.Expertise in Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs (including advanced scripting).Proven experience with Flow Designer and automated workflows.Strong knowledge of Integration Hub, REST, SOAP web services.Experience with email notifications, SLAs, and monitoring SLA workflows.Deep experience with ServiceNow AI products: Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics with AI insights, AI Search, AI-powered Workflow Automation, AI Control Tower, AI Agent Fabric.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
