DESCRIPTION:
Join our team in Brno, Czech Republic, and become part of a global leader in serving science. You will join the EFA R&D software team responsible for developing xT software for advanced failure analysis solutions in semiconductor applications. This role supports the nP5, Meridian-EV, and Centrios product lines and focuses on UI and WizStep aspects of SEM software development to improve usability, workflow guidance, and customer experience across our software platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
Advanced degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in software development in a commercial environment
Strong programming skills in C#; experience with C++ is an advantage
Experience developing desktop UI applications and user-facing software components
Experience with object-oriented design, debugging, and testing of complex software systems
Experience working in Agile development teams preferred
Experience with workflow-driven applications, guided user interaction, or scientific software is an advantage
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of software development tools, processes, and version control
Ability to design clear, maintainable, and user-friendly software solutions
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team
Willingness to learn and grow in a technically complex environment
Experience with desktop UI technologies such as WPF is an advantage
