Continuous Growth: Proactively explore new AI agents and automation tools that can help you and your team work smarter and faster.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (2024/2025 graduates welcome).

Technical Aptitude: Academic or project exposure to one of the following:
Option A: C#, .NET, and SQL.
Option B: Node.js, Java, or React/Angular.
AI Curiosity: A high level of "AI-literacy"—you should be excited about using coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot or Cursor) to accelerate your learning and output.
Problem Solving: A logical approach to troubleshooting and a "product-first" mindset—focusing on delivering value to the end-user.
Communication: Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively with our global teams in EMEA and the US.
