Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the inhouse software development of the ePWT controller XCU (12-in-1) , including requirement analysis, functional architecture design, and application layer model development. Lead the documentation of the software development process and software testing;
- Lead the integration of XCU software and release to the vehicle software calibration and tuning team, supporting related calibration and tuning work;
- Responsible for the development of XCU diagnosis strategies, supporting the implementation of diagnostic functions in scenarios such as OTA and EOL;
- Participate in the architecture design of the vehicle and powertrain domain, collaborating BECM (BMS), INV, OBC/DCDC development;
- Support the testing, verification, problem finding of XCU software on real vehicles and test benches, ensuring the stability and reliability of software.
Requirements:
1. Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, good proficiency in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with 5 years or more of software development experience in the Powertrain domain.
- Proficient in C language, familiar with AUTOSAR CP, with experience in AUTOSAR application layer software development and integration.
- Proficient in vehicle communication protocols, including CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols, UDS (ISO14229) diagnostic protocols.
- Proficient in vehicle development toolchains: Simulink (modeling and simulation), CANoe, INCA, and familiar with software unit testing and HIL testing tools and processes.
- Understanding of functional safety standards ISO26262 and ASPICE, with development experience in ASIL B or higher-level projects.
2. Project Experience Requirements and Bonus Points
- Experience in the inhouse software development project of the Powertrain domain controller XCU (12-in-1) for new energy vehicles (OEM or Tier 1). Experience in application software modules such as torque control and energy control of VCU;
- Experience in supplier technical management, capable of effectively conducting supplier technical reviews, supervision of the development process, and acceptance of deliverables;
- Working location: Hangzhou, and the candidate needs to be able to adapt to traveling to places like Shanghai, Ningbo.
