WHY WE NEED YOU ?
Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Observability team to support the development of new deployment architectures (project CLAAS) and simplify our product stack to ensure high resilience.
Your mission will be to develop and maintain the observability stacks for our internal and external clients in order to deliver robust monitoring solutions and ensure operational excellence across our infrastructure.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will be part of a team of 9 people (including a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, and Tech Lead) known for its benevolence and high performance. The team operates using Scrum (2-week sprints) with a strong emphasis on pair programming and developer autonomy regarding the stack and infrastructure.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Develop backend services using Go and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Maintain & scale LGTM stack for our customers from metrics to traces
- Maintain and evolve the CI/CD pipelines on GitLab and deploy solutions across Availability Zones (AZ).
- Participate in "Doctoring" rotations to ensure the operational maintenance (MRO) of platforms and handle support escalations.
- Monitor system performance and database impacts during deployments (staging to production).
- Collaborate with the team in daily meetings to co-construct technical solutions.
- Work on transverse products, interacting with numerous client teams while maintaining autonomy on the infra.
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS:
- Kubernetes (K8S): Crucial knowledge for this role.
- Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Go: Strong dev skill in Go or other high level language
- Monitoring & CI/CD: Proficiency with Grafana, ArgoCD, and GitLab.
- Production Context: Experience working in IT production environments (3 to 5 years of experience).
SOFT SKILLS:
