What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of strong experience in application development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile and Test-Driven Development.
  • Strong command of .NET technologies: C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, WEB API/Restful Services, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript frameworks, TSQL (SQL Server), and query optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of responsive UI and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Good understanding of design principles and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in integrating AI-driven features into user-facing applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including setting up and managing MCP servers.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries.
  • Knowledge of the Agentic framework for building scalable and robust applications.

What Would Give You an Edge:

  • Experience with specific technologies such as .NET Core and containerization.
  • Understanding of EKS deployments, Pods configurations, and YAML.
  • Good understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools.
  • History of applying processes that help ensure high-quality software, such as using Test Driven Development and unit testing to enhance code coverage.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
