The role:
We are seeking a Full-stack Software Engineer to join SoFi’s Member Insights engineering team, where we’re designing the future of personal finance. Today, we help millions of members find their path to financial independence by providing the tools, resources, and guidance they need to succeed. The team currently owns several high-impact, customer-facing experiences, including Relay and Credit Score Monitoring. Looking ahead, our focus is on delivering personalized financial insights—building systems that ingest and learn from billions of financial data points to generate actionable, timely next steps for our members throughout their financial journey.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, product-minded, and pragmatic, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for both code quality and the end-to-end product experience. At SoFi, close partnership across Product, Design, and Engineering is core to how we work, and you will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and design to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
