The C++ Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable software solutions with a strong focus on system architecture, performance, and code quality. This role contributes to development, drives architectural decisions, and supports team growth through technical mentoring and knowledge sharing.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality C++ software with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Working extensively with Qt libraries, Boost, and multi-threaded programming to build robust and efficient applications
• Configuring, building, and troubleshooting applications using CMake build systems and Visual Studio IDE.
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues using debugging tools and performance profilers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using tools such as JIRA and similar tracking systems
• Analyzing customer and business requirements and translating them into clear technical designs and formal software specifications
• Conducting code reviews, providing technical feedback, and mentoring junior developers to improve overall code quality
• Communicating technical concepts clearly through documentation, design discussions, and presentations
• Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies, tools, and technology stacks as project needs evolve
   

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or MCA
• 3–7+ years of hands-on professional experience in C++ software development
• Proven experience with Qt framework and Boost libraries
• Demonstrated experience in multi-threaded and performance-critical application development
• Experience using CMake build systems and Visual Studio IDE
• Hands-on experience with debugging and performance profiling tools (e.g., gdb, Visual Studio Debugger, profilers)
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment using tools such as JIRA
