Position Overview: 

We are looking for a Software Engineer I to join our engineering team and take on meaningful technical challenges. You will work on features end-to-end, helping build the foundation of our next generation SaaS platform that makes compliance simple and powerful for our global customers.

With AI capabilities becoming core to our products, you'll have the opportunity to work on AI-enabled features alongside traditional software development. This includes building integration layers that connect AI to our existing applications, developing new AI-powered features, and working across our product portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Develop full-stack features using Node.js, Python and React
  • Build integration layers that connect AI capabilities to existing applications
  • Work on MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and other AI integration patterns
  • Create APIs and services that expose application features for AI consumption
  • Develop React components for AI-enhanced user experiences
  • Implement security, authentication, and authorization for AI features
  • Build audit logging and observability for AI workflows
  • Work with AWS services and containerized deployments

Required Qualifications

Tech Stack

Core: Node.js, React, TypeScript, AWS, MSSQL, Docker, CI/CD. Good to have .Net(C#) knowledge.

AI & Integration (Good to Have): Python, MCP, AWS Bedrock, LangGraph/Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases

Technical Skills

  • 1-2 years of professional software development experience
  • Experience in Node.js, Python, React, JavaScript/TypeScript
  •  Good to have .Net (C#) knowledge.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and API design
  • Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL , MSSQL or similar)
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization patterns

AI & Integration Experience (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts or LLM APIs (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • Basic Python programming skills
  • Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration patterns
  • Familiarity with API gateway or wrapper patterns
  • Interest in prompt engineering and AI tool design
  • Awareness of vector databases or RAG concepts

Note: We're looking for engineers with strong software fundamentals who are excited about AI. You will start with projects like building MCP servers for our Policy Manager product and expand to other AI features and products as you grow. AI-specific experience is helpful but not required - we value curiosity, learning ability, and solid engineering skills.
