Are you interested in gaining a deeper customer/member understanding (needs, pain points, sentiment), improving agents’ performance and coaching, faster issue resolution, higher sales conversions & revenue, and streamlined operations? We are seeking talent to join our Conversation Data & Insights Agile Release Team (ART).
The candidate will be an integral contributor to the Consumer Interaction Platform (CIP) scrum team. CIP receives Interactions data from various sources, in both near real-time and bulk interfaces. CIP serves the data to its consumers via real-time REST API. CIP components run in Azure Databricks and MongoDB Atlas.
In this role, you will be exposed and training on emerging technologies such Google AI tools and foundational courses, such as the Google AI Essentials source. Apply what you learn to elevate value delivery to the business, agents, and members.

Job duties

• Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software.
• Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes.
• Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues.
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
• Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
• Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or application programming development
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data lake and warehouse concepts, and data organization with medallion architecture
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java) and SQL
• Experience with big data processing tools and frameworks (Apache Spark, PySpark)
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks) and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, job orchestration, and job monitoring
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience with streaming technologies (Apache Kafka)
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices
• Experience with optimizing data ingestion pipelines
• Exposure to building or consuming REST APIs, ideally with .NET

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$80,900 - $110,300 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
