You will join the Grok Chat Model team, focused on the foundational Grok models powering chat. We advance reasoning-first capabilities—from Grok 1.5 through Grok 3 and beyond—shifting from basic question-answering to versatile, reliable intelligence useful across engineering, law, medicine, and any knowledge domain. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 15 minute interview (“phone interview”) during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the initial phone interview, you will enter the main process, which consists of four technical interviews:
$180,000 - $440,000 USD
