About the Department:

  • Our Intelligence Automation team drives end‑to‑end delivery of digital products with a strong focus on automation and AI‑enabled platforms. We leverage Power Platform and the broader Low code AI tools ecosystem to streamline workflows, enhance developer productivity, and improve decision‑making. By embedding automation into delivery processes, we reduce cycle time, improve quality, and scale outcomes reliably. Our work directly supports the organization’s strategy by accelerating innovation, operational efficiency, and business value realization.

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong experience in Power Platform, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, have excellent communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of APIs, custom connectors, and Copilot SDK. This role requires someone who can design, develop, integrate, and support intelligent business solutions with minimal supervision.

How You Will Add Value?

Key Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Build Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

  • Develop Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio and the Copilot Software Development Kit.

  • Create and manage Custom Connectors for external integrations.

  • Integrate systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth authentication.

  • Design scalable Dataverse models and security configurations.

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Optimize, troubleshoot, and document platform solutions.

  • Work independently and take ownership of deliverables end-to-end

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Strong hands‑on Microsoft Power Platform expertise.

  • Deep Dataverse knowledge.

  • Experience with Copilot Studio and the Copilot Software Development Kit.

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth.

  • Experience building Custom Connectors.

  • Solid integration pattern knowledge.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or App Services.

  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and continuous integration/continuous    delivery practices.

  • Exposure to Power Platform Center of Excellence Toolkit.

  • Microsoft certifications.

  • Python skills.
