Position Overview
 

Fusion Industry Cloud is expanding its analytics engineering capability to improve standardization, reliability, and actionable insights from product telemetry to Usage and System Analytics.

This role focuses on implementing and scaling analytics platform capabilities, including event/report standardization, developer tooling, ETL pipeline components, and data consumption enablement (dashboards/BI).

Responsibilities
 

  • Implement analytics reporting improvements across client and service codebases, including schema/field standardization and migration support

  • Create developer tooling to improve analytics quality (automated checks, PR/CI validation, reference examples, and documentation)

  • Develop integrations and data access patterns for stakeholders (e.g., Snowflake views, BI connectivity, query optimization)

  • Collaborate closely with QA and architecture teams to ensure changes are testable, observable, and production ready

  • Participate in on-call and operational readiness activities as required for owned services/components
     

Minimum Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience

  • Strong proficiency in C++

  • Experience working with ETL pipelines and data processing workflows

  • Solid fundamentals in data structures, testing practices, debugging, and performance optimization

  • Strong collaboration and documentation skills in a multi-team environment
     

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting

  • Experience working with analytics/telemetry pipelines and validation strategies

  • Experience with Snowflake and BI tools (e.g., Looker/Power BI) or building data products for internal stakeholders

  • Experience building CI automation, linters, or PR gates that enforce engineering standards

  • Familiarity with event schema/versioning and migration planning
