You'll have the chance to contribute to transitioning mission data flows from legacy systems to a modernized data flow architecture, defining technical and process improvements to achieve improved mission performance and compliance. Work as part of an Agile team and interact directly with customers to understand their needs to develop solutions and solve complex problems. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. We’re looking for a developer with the advanced skills needed to build client tools from vision to production-ready system.
Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you guide your clients through migration planning and implementation. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to modernize software development practices and tools to help your customers meet their needs.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
