As a Software Engineer reporting to Director - Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain data transformation flows using the Axiom ControllerView platform.
Translate functional specifications into technical design and data logic.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of regulatory reports.
Optimize and support data modeling and transformation flows for performance, scalability, and solving.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Proven years of experience in software development or data engineering roles, supported by an academic degree in computer science, math, or finance.
Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of relational database concepts.
Ability to design and implement complex data transformation logic with accuracy and efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills paired with attention to detail for high-quality results.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the financial services or regulatory technology (RegTech) sector.
Exposure to Python, Java, or scripting languages.
Familiarity with AxiomSL ControllerView or similar regulatory reporting platforms is a plus.
This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office.
