Software Development Engineer in Test-II

What you’ll do :

• Create and maintain Test Plans, test cases, test standards/procedures to ensure sufficient test coverage.
• Run manual and automated testing activities: cross-browser, functional and acceptance testing.
• Investigate, debug and fix test-automation failures as it comes.
• Maintain and evolve the test automation framework and existing test suites.
• Coordinate with developers, Product owners and other team members to deliver high quality product.
• Track and communicate task progress, status on regression testing, quality assurance and testing reports.

Who you are:

• Proven expertise of test methodology. Experience with writing automated tests (Java and Selenium).
• Experience in UI and usability testing.
• Able to understand and translate functional requirements/specifications into working test plan and/or test cases with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in programming concepts and web technologies (Java  and Scripting).
• Knowledge of SQL, and ability to read and understand data models and relational databases.
• Able to understand complex technical details and build test methodologies for it.
• Familiarity with Performance and Stress testing methodology.
• BA/BS degree in an Engineering discipline preferred.
