In this role, you’ll develop and deliver highly interactive mobile-web and other software applications for clinical research data acquisition and management—deployed globally across smartphones, tablets, and medical devices.

What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with an international team of Software Development Engineers to support projects and resolve technical questions
Develop, deploy, and maintain software applications based on clinical trial specifications
Participate in decision-making throughout the development life cycle
Contribute to project specification development and deployment planning
Review moderate to high-complexity code and write high-quality code
Communicate timelines, scope, and technical concerns effectively to stakeholders
Present technical decisions through documentation, presentations, and tech talks
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Translations, Project Management) to ensure project success
Negotiate and resolve issues related to timelines, schedules, and technical changes
What We Look For
Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of software development experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps)
Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and integration
Familiarity with Dataverse and connectors for data integration
Solid understanding of Python programming and related libraries/frameworks
Knowledge of object-oriented programming is a plus
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with IDEs, repositories, and issue tracking systems (Visual Studio, Eclipse, GitLab, TFS, JIRA)
Understanding of RDBMS and Agile SCRUM methodologies
