As part of Clario’s Software Development Engineering team, you will help design, configure, and deliver highly interactive mobile‑web and software applications used globally for clinical research data acquisition and data management. Your work directly supports Clario’s mission of transforming lives by unlocking better evidence—enabling faster, more accurate clinical trials through reliable, user‑centered technology.

Develop, deploy, and maintain study‑specific software applications according to project specifications and SOPs
Integrate acquired device data with backend, project‑specific databases
Participate in decision‑making across the full application development lifecycle for clinical trial data collection solutions
Contribute to the creation of study specifications and support planning and deployment activities
Lead or collaborate on complex customized implementations for client‑specific requirements
Perform peer reviews of low, moderate, and high‑complexity code
Write clean, correct code and follow established engineering best practices
Clearly communicate timelines, scope, technical issues, and decisions to internal stakeholders
Ensure alignment across functions, working closely with Designers, Quality, Translations, and Project Management
Negotiate and resolve issues related to timelines, study schedules, and technical changes
Proactively seek feedback and continuously improve engineering capability
Investigate and resolve technical issues, acting as the last line of defense for delivery and production challenges
Escalate unclear requirements and proactively identify potential problems or risks in your own work and adjacent areas
Participate in cross‑functional training to deepen understanding of study development practices and constraints
Engage in professional and self‑development to strengthen technical and collaborative skills
Adhere to all relevant Clario Standard Operating Procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in software development
Proficiency with JavaScript ES6+, React.js, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, SQL, and JSON
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with short timelines
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partner
