We’re currently looking for Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET)

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
 

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to test strategy

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for new and existing telephony features, following team standards and best practices

  • Execute automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of telephony services

  • Contribute to the organization and maintainability of the automated test codebase, ensuring clear structure and consistency

  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to support high-quality releases

  • Execute manual test cases and document results where automation is not applicable

  • Identify, report, and track defects to resolution using defect tracking tools

  • Verify bug fixes and perform retesting to ensure issues are resolved

  • Analyze test results to identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement

  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience as a manual QA and automation QA for 3 or more years

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing concepts and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of telecommunication and network technologies, protocols, and standards (e.g., SIP, RTP, PSTN).

  • Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA) and test management tools.

  • Experience with Python scripting language

  • Experience of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, CI/CD).

  • Experience with API testing and automation tools

  • Experience with SQL databases

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Fluency in English language

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Java, Bash, Docker, Wiresharе

  • Experience with AI/ML-based features or applying AI in production systems is a strong plus
