In this role, you will work on a highly technical engineering team responsible for certifying and validating Windows‑based audio hardware and device drivers. You will partner closely with external hardware vendors and OEMs to ensure compatibility with the Windows operating system, contribute to ongoing Windows 11 release efforts, and improve audio certification test content and debugging tools. This role is hands‑on and deeply technical, with a strong emphasis on C++ development, Windows driver debugging, and system‑level problem solving.
ResponsibilitiesCompensation Information
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $105,000 to $115,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
