The Opportunity:

As a CACI Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Integrator, you bring the full spectrum MISO capabilities, planning support, and execution to USNORTHCOM and its efforts to identify and influence target audiences in the given area of responsibility. This fast-paced position facilitates the synchronization of psychological operations within the joint targeting process with subordinate units, higher headquarters and government agencies. You will provide support to SOF and conventional organizations by combining CONOP concepts and doctrine with structured analytical and planning techniques to provide expert advice to policy makers, planners, and operational forces engaging these threats. Special emphasis on planning and execution management will be required to fully meet the customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide embedded subject matter expertise (SME) to Theater Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) at all echelons on effectively leveraging Military Information Support Operations and PSYOP Forces to effectively achieve desired outcomes of the command.
  • Provide expertise in MISO and knowledge base of Information Operations (IO), Military Deception (MILDEC), Electronic Warfare (EW), as well as Cyberspace Operations as they pertain to supporting effects of MISO.
  • Provide SME on the employment of PSYOP capabilities in JICC plans and operations to shape the information environment.
  • Provide comprehensive mission analysis, assessment skills, and in-depth analytic problem solving.
  • Provide innovative concepts and solutions for the employment of MISO and PSYOP Forces to counter adversaries malign use of influence activities within the Information Environment (IE), while at the same time being considerate of relevant cultural aspects that could affect planning, security, required risk assessments to effectively integrate partner-force activities into mission analysis and execution.
  • Provide measures of performance (MOPs) through attaining measure of effectiveness (MOEs).

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a Poly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10 years of specialized recent/relevant experience.
  • Graduate of SOF or Joint MILDEC Planners Course.
  • Recent experience managing the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple MISO Series.
  • Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course
  • Must have in-depth experience working at a TSOC, CCMD, or Joint Task Force.
  • You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development and execution.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.
  • Minimum ten years working in the PSYOP/IO community, with expert knowledge on the functions of a TSOC from the team to staff level.
  • Shift work is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational requirements dictate.
  • Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside of normal business hours.

Desired: 

  • More than ten years of experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA development and CONOP approval briefings, HPEM, execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
  • Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,600 - $208,000
