Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) Plus: £3,000 retention bonus

As a Social Worker within the Assessment Team, you will:
Conduct assessments of children and young people’s circumstances to determine appropriate interventions or referrals
Plan and implement interventions for allocated cases, ensuring timely and effective support
Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure coordinated support for children, young people, and carers
Work with a strong understanding of safeguarding requirements
Proactively develop your professional knowledge, skills, and behaviours
Act in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures, understanding their purpose and importance
Relevant Social Work qualification
Completed ASYE
Active Social Work England registration
