Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Adult Qualified Social Worker for its client’s Adult Generic Team, based at East Riding of Yorkshire. This role offers hybrid working, strong management support and the opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Complete strengths‑based Care Act assessments and develop person‑centred care and support plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including safeguarding adults, risk assessment, and complex decision‑making.
  • Apply professional judgement to deliver timely and proportionate interventions in line with statutory duties.
  • Work collaboratively with health partners, providers, and families to ensure safe, effective, and outcome‑focused support for adults.
