ERM is seeking motivated early career Consultants to join our Social Performance teams in Perth and Sydney. You will be part of a dynamic technical team responsible for consulting on social performance matters.

Some key attributes for success
A recognised bachelor’s degree in a social science or related discipline. Professional registration would be an asset.
Recent graduate to 5 years of experience or looking for a career change.
Excellent writing, communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
Relationship building skills with colleagues and clients.
Experience working as part of an integrated team to develop social impact assessments, engage with stakeholders or other related scopes of work would be an added advantage.
