  • Job Summary:

    We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Social Media Marketing professional with at least 4-6 years of hands-on experience in managing paid Facebook campaigns and executing lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to drive qualified leads and support business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
    • Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and performance.
    • Create compelling ad creatives and landing pages tailored to target audiences.
    • Stay updated with Facebook Ads Manager tools, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
    • Report on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders regularly.
    • Explore and test new lead generation channels and strategies beyond Facebook (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads).

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing with a strong focus on Facebook paid advertising.
    • Proven track record of running successful lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
    • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel implementation, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
    • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
