The Social Media Manager is responsible for helping devise and execute a social media strategy against our broader marketing efforts. This will encompass all parts of the process, ranging from platform strategy to ideation, and content execution & optimization, all while ensuring we showcase the CLEAR brand story and product offerings in a professional and trusted manner across our channels.


 

What you'll do:

  • Strategize and execute on plans for CLEAR’s overarching social approach, laddering up to core brand and product initiatives, while growing the CLEAR’s social community and infusing offerings into content  
  • Deploy intimate social platform knowledge to properly prioritize and optimize content across our key channels (content direction, packaging, optimal posting strategy/calendar, reporting, etc.) 
  • Lead social content execution & programming efforts (social post/video editing, packaging & language, posting, reporting)
  • Elevate and manage the CLEAR community across all social channels (owning conversation with followers across comments, DMs, etc.) 
  • Support in creative development across all social initiatives

 

How you'll measure success:

  • Social brand growth (followers, impressions, engagement, shares, etc.)
  • Internal and external brand sentiment tied to social efforts (surveys, exec feedback, earned media)
  • Conversion metrics (when applicable) for initiatives with direct calls to action
  • Post volume across key channels

 

What you're great at:

  • Intimate social platform and content optimization knowledge
  • Social brand building experience, specifically tied to a product or service
  • Social content editing, packaging, and programming expertise
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Organization skills and dependability to hit deadlines / maintain our brand voice

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
